When you become a member, you can select 5 fragrance samples of your choice each month for $12.99. We deliver them right to your doorstep so you can discover your new favorites without having to wait in line, wade through magazines, or dash to and from department stores. All packages are delivered quickly with FREE U.S. shipping, there are no obligations to buy, and you may cancel at any time.
How much does the club cost? - Top
Are your fragrances the same as in a store? - Top
Yes all of the products showcased throughout our website are 100% original brand name fragrances. We only carry genuine brand name perfumes and colognes. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs. They are the same exact fragrances as those you'd buy in a store decanted from the original bottle of perfume. Each item is guaranteed so if you ever receive a product that's defective or damaged, we'll replace it at no cost.
What is a decant? - Top
The act of decanting is the process of carefully pouring a liquid into another container.
The number of fragrances available is overwhelming, how do I know which ones to choose? - Top
With a wide range of fragrances available in the market, it becomes really tough to choose the right ones. For your convenience, if you would like for us to ship you 5 of our favorite selections, simply refrain from submitting an order after completing your registration. After 72 hours we will automatically send your first samples based on the style you chose during registration. You will still have 5 credits remaining with your paid membership to submit an additional order.
How much is shipping and handling? - Top
Shipping is FREE for U.S. residents. International orders (non-U.S.) will be charged a low $2.99 s&h charge at time of checkout. Delivery tracking is available for all shipments in your order history.
When will my order arrive? - Top
We process orders Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm PST. The vast majority of Club shipments are delivered within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and delivery time depends on where you reside as well as other factors (including natural disasters or severe weather conditions). Generally the following delivery times are applicable:
United States & Canada: 2-7 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8-10 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days
These are estimated delivery times. In some cases beyond our control deliveries have been known to take as long as 3-4 weeks to arrive to their destination. Delivery tracking is available for U.S. shipments in your order history. Please contact us if you believe a shipment to be delayed.
Can I order more than 5 samples? - Top
Yes, any additional items ordered beyond your allotted credits will be placed in your order "queue" and will ship out 5 per month on your monthly rebill date. If you ever decide to change or cancel an order in your queue, simply contact us and we'll take care of it for you.
What if my selections aren't available? - Top
We stock all of the items we list on our website. However, occasionally some items may become unavailable temporarily in which case we'll send a similar product. Whenever possible, the similar product will be from the same design house as selected items (eg. Burberry London may be substituted for Burberry Brit, should Burberry Brit be unavailable at the time of order).
Do you ship outside the United States? - Top
Yes our club is currently available in the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Denmark, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, United Kingdom. Additionally, we also ship to APO addresses.
Are there long term obligations? - Top
We've created a club full of benefits, why ruin it with long term obligations? Unlike other clubs that require you to buy several additional items at full price, we have no long term obligations and no hidden fee's! Our club membership recurs monthly and you can turn it off at any time!
How do I join the club? - Top
It's easy! First, click here to register using our safe and secure registration form. Once you have completed the registration including the payment process, login here to start adding selections to your cart. Then, simply complete the checkout process to submit the items you want delivered.
What if I have Billing Questions? - Top
All billing information is secure. All membership fees are billed either directly through us or by one of our authorized 3rd party billing companies. To cancel a membership, please contact us and submit a cancel request.
What is your refund policy? - Top
We offer a complete satisfaction guarantee and will issue "no questions asked" refunds in the following circumstances:
- Introductory Sample Offer and First month's Membership Fee - The charge for the Sample Offer and the first month's Membership Fee will be credited only if the initial Sample Offer is returned to the Club with an RMA Number, unopened, within 20 days of receipt. The first month's Membership Fee will not be refunded unless the Sample Offer is returned with an RMA Number unopened within 20 days of receipt.
- Subsequent month's Membership Fee - The Membership Fee for any month after the first month will be credited if a request for cancellation is received by the Club within 24 hours of the Member's monthly rebill date and if no shipments of products related to that month's Club Credits have been processed. If shipments related to any month's Club Credits have been processed, or if more than 24 hours has passed since the Member's monthly rebill date, then no credit of that month's Membership Fee will be processed, even if any fragrances processed using that month's Club Credits are subsequently returned unopened.
- Other Charges / Billing Issues - Other disputes arising due to billing or service issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending upon the specific issues involved. However, any requests for credit against charges made for fragrances require that the unopened product be returned to the Club within 20 days of receipt. Cash refunds will not be offered for defective products. The Club, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to offer Club Credits or replacement product as compensation for any defective product.
How do I get an RMA Number / Return a shipment? - Top
To return a product for an exchange or refund you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us and request an RMA number. An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the billing department. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
- We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender".
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
- To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
- Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued please contact us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
